The Chai original blend is a beautiful exotic blend that once delighted the delighted Indian royalty for generations.
It’s described as a fairly-traded bounty of warm ginger, cinnamon undertones, a zesty cardamom infusion with a fine slice of liquorice for good measure. It’s all of the magic of India, in one happy cup. Be amazed!
And then we have our Pukka Vanilla Chai delight. This caffeine-free wonder is an organic vanilla drink coming on strong with cinnamon and ginger. Truly stunning and you can take home today.

Makes 4 cups
Ingredients:
8 cardamom seeds
8 cloves
4 black peppercorns
2 cinnamon sticks
1 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
2 cups of whole milk
4 bags black tea (such as Darjeeling, available at Boda)
8 teaspoons of sugar or more, to taste
The magical part:
Directions…
1. Place the cardamom, cloves and peppercorns in a resealable plastic bag and crush with a heavy skillet.
2. Place the crushed spices in a medium saucepan, along with the cinnamon sticks, ginger, milk, and 2 cups water; bring to a boil.
3. Remove from heat, add the tea bags, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes.
4. Strain into cups. To each cup, add 2 teaspoons sugar or more, and hey presto! You have yourself your very own Chai cocktail?
